i did another quick denim patch to my old loved jeans yesterday 😆

we had a lovely session yesterday @globalgardensproject #makingandnending. we did wild weaving under the apple tree, using fallen apple bark and twigs, linen, hemp and wool yarns, dried crocosmia and reeds, plus other bits from the garden. @duffyericka brought sea buckthorn to try for colour and @stik_and_inc wore her beautiful indigo sashiko patched favourite jeans! 💚 #homemade #sustainablefashion #sustainableliving #gardenstyle #wildweaving

1 bundle dried and 1 field retted - it took just a week in perfect conditions . the tank retted is drying. the rippled seeds winnowed.

I did a fantastic seaweed forage with @ramblers.pantry 🙏🏻
